Hurtigruten recently entered a scheme for major environmental upgrades of their fleet. In this regard, RAFT was awarded the contract to rebuild the fire suppression system on four of their vessels, comprising installation of a water mist system on the car deck and in the new battery room, in addition to expansion/redesign of the existing system in engine spaces.
